Break out of your own routines and into a completely new world of work – in our job shadowing programme, professionals from creative and other branches of industry meet to embark on a joint change of perspective. For one day at a time, the tandem partners accompany each other at their workplace and experience everyday working life in a different industry as ‘shadows’. For example, bank executives have already learned how experts in design approach an issue and advertisers have learned how engineers tackle a problem.
