Anyone who works creatively has the potential to create something new and meaningful. You can contribute this to the Cross Innovation Hub: Your perspective on problems and innovative ideas that drive companies of all industries and sizes forward.

The Cross Innovation Hub brings together managers and employees from companies of all sectors and sizes with professional creative experts. In innovation processes designed by us, companies from the aviation, logistics or energy industries, for example, meet experts in the fields of design, music, theatre, architecture, advertising or games development. Together, we develop innovative solutions for entrepreneurial challenges. Our experts currently comprise 75 professional creatives from all submarkets of the creative industries.
The creatives not only bring exceptional expertise in their specialist area. Many also have in-depth knowledge of future topics such as sustainability, circularity, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, storytelling and employer branding. All creative experts go through a jury-supported application process in order to work with the Cross Innovation Hub.

Hannah Kemper is head of the German Creative Economy Summit. She was previously part of the Cross Innovation Hub and the Consultancy & Training team, where she worked as project manager for the Creative Business Academy. She then worked as a programme manager in the conception & implementation department of the Cross Innovation Hub of the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft.
She studied Cultural Anthropology and Art History (M.A.) at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel.
Raffaela Seitz has shared the management of the Cross Innovation Hub with Louisa Steinwärder since 2021. Previously, she was dedicated to the conception and organisation of cross-industry offers in the area of the Cross Innovation Hub.
As a cultural studies graduate (Leuphana University of Lüneburg) and art historian (University College London) with a background in economics (University of Mannheim, Leuphana University of Lüneburg, London School of Economics and Political Science), Raffaela Seitz works at the interface of art, culture, science and business. Before joining the Kreativ Gesellschaft team, Raffaela Seitz worked in strategic innovation consulting and trend research.
