In close proximity to the university campus, surrounded by music pubs, cafés and bookshops, we rent out a low-cost pop-up space in the lively Grindelallee.
The allocation and renting of space is done in close cooperation with the Department of Culture and Media. The space is available for artists and creative people who only need rooms for a short time to present their work or carry out projects. Professional creative people from Hamburg can use the 94 m² ground-level commercial space temporarily for presentations, exhibitions, performances, events or pop-up stores. The space is rented exclusively by us under the conditions stated below. Subletting by the users is not possible.
Rent: 340 €/ week
Deposit: 300 €
The rental period is a minimum of one week and a maximum of eight weeks, whereby the rooms are rented on a weekly basis from Wednesday to Tuesday.

With the exception of the toilets, the rooms are barrier-free.
