A total of around 400 m² of the listed and renovated brick building is available. The rooms are located on the top floor and offer an open view over Veddel. The building is part of an ensemble originally consisting of seven houses, which was built between 1925 and 1927 by Bauhütte Bauwohl as a production facility. During its professional renovation, special attention was paid to preserving the original industrial character. After the renovation, the new users moved into the first floor in late autumn 2016.
