The part of the building managed by us was part of a larger office and commercial complex. The buildings bordered directly on the S-Bahn line and were used as a training centre until we, as the main tenant, rented out two floors as inexpensive studio space. A total of approx. 1,200 m², divided into approx. 60 m² room units, was available for creative use. In most cases, the spaces were shared by several tenants. From 2012 to 2020, the entire building was leased to Atelierverein S21 on a long-term basis.
Number of rental units: A total of 26 rental agreements were concluded.
Type of use: Fine arts, photography, design, fashion design
Square metres: approx. 1,200 m² divided into 15 workspaces and 3 storage spaces

In a former hospital complex from the Wilhelminian era, we successfully let 1,000 m² to players in the cultural and creative industries over a period of nine years. Kreativikum Eilbek comprised a total of three buildings and a garden, which was occasionally used for internal events. Many of the light-flooded rooms were characterised by high ceilings.
Number of tenants: A total of 107 tenancy agreements were concluded.
Type of use: Offices and studio space for companies from the fields of visual arts, design, film, literature and architecture
Square metres: 1000 m² spread over 5 floors and several parts of the building

The bell has long since stopped ringing in the old school building in Eilbek. After the HFBK and a theatre production, we took over the creative interim use in 2014 - until the owner began construction work in 2025.
During this time, creative people worked in old classrooms, set up studios in the Tunrhalle and showed fashion in the break hall. We were able to let ten rooms between 14 and 210 m² - in direct proximity to HFBK and Mediencampus Finkenau.
Square metres: approx. 936 m²

Not far from the old Schiller Opera House, in the centre of Hamburg-St. Pauli, 3D printers, CNC milling machines and laser cutters were used in a former commercial building in Lerchenstraße from 2015 to the end of 2018. High ceilings, roughly plastered walls and heavy steel gates made the property between the neighbourhood and Schanze a very special building. Until the planned redevelopment of the site in early 2019, we made the space available for various creative uses. Storage and workshop space as well as office and recreation rooms totalling around 470 m² were used by FabLab St. Pauli, among others, as an open workshop with computer-controlled machines. Other workshops were accessible via the open workshop.

Until March 2021, Kulturetage Altona, a lively neighbourhood for cultural and creative professionals, was located in the immediate vicinity of the former Altona tax office. Funded by the district of Altona since 2011 with district development funds (RISE funding), the owner and main tenant cancelled the lease in 2019. As a result, all subleases were cancelled - we stepped in and extended all leases as part of a creative interim use until April 2021. The rental space was divided into eleven rooms between 40 and 130 m² with studios, offices, coworking space and an event area.

The Vivo Centre is located in the middle of Ottensen, on the corner of Bahrenfelder Straße and Gaußstraße. Once planned as a sustainable shopping centre, used as a lost property office in the meantime and continued as a school building project from 2025 - the Vivo Center has a short but eventful history behind it. We have made the industrial halls with their high ceilings at the rear of the centre available for creative uses until the entire site is converted in 2025. The Monsun Theatre has used a space there and "Kultur Und Gut KuGu" has been established in the Vivo Centre.
Square metres: approx. 1,400 m² of workspace (in a total of three halls), approx. 1,100 m² of storage space
