Many people dread the topic of retirement provision - it is difficult to access, still feels far away and it is often unclear where exactly their money is invested. For this reason, Baloise (formerly Baloise) Insurance has dedicated itself to the topic and asked itself what retirement provision can look like without the negative stigma of insurance.
The result is a sustainable insurance product for all income levels. The pension scheme builds up capital by investing in FNG-certified funds and thus has a positive impact on the environment during the customer's working life. Baloise goes beyond the FNG label by developing its own sustainability criteria. To this end, a think tank with experts is being set up to engage in a public discourse on the topic of sustainable investment.
Customers should be able to flexibly choose which sustainability criteria they would like to focus on at any time and thus participate transparently in the impact of their money.
In the Cross Innovation Lab, companies come together in changing constellations over a period of six weeks to work together on product developments in a stimulating environment. Experts from the creative industries are specifically involved in the process.
In the iterative work process, companies develop new products or product adaptations in significantly less time.
