Wir fördern eure innovativen Geschäftsideen an der Schnittstelle von Musik und Tech. Music WorX ist ein idealer Entwicklungsraum, in dem ihr Tempo und Laufrichtung selbst bestimmt. Übrigens: Eure Ideen gehören euch. Ihr tretet nach Music WorX keine Unternehmensanteile an uns ab.
Music WorX ist ein Early Stage Programm, d.h. ihr habt bereits eine Idee, vielleicht schon einen ersten Prototypen entwickelt, aber noch keine Marktreife – denn genau dahin wollen wir euch bringen. Drei Monate lang dreht sich bei Music WorX also alles um euer Produkt. Integraler Bestandteil des Programms ist das so genannte Product Field. Die Methode hilft euch, euer Produkt auf den Punkt zu bringen, die Perspektiven aller Beteiligten in Einklang zu bringen, den Fokus zu finden, die richtige Story rund um eure Idee zu erzählen und die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Marie ist im Bereich Beratung & Weiterbildung für alle Angebote für Studierende und Absolvent*innen sowie den Themenbereich Crowdfunding und den Music-WorX-Inkubator zuständig. Sie studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre (B. Sc.) an der Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel und war mehrere Jahre lang als Studioassistentin bei verschiedenen Hörfunkprogrammen des NDR tätig.
Each team receives up to 5,000 euros for support services to further develop the business idea. For the duration of the programme, each team also receives a total of 1,500 euros per month as a living allowance.
You will regularly meet with all the teams in workshops and training sessions and get valuable input on topics ranging from team building to pitch training. In addition, you can expect individual personal coaching sessions with suitable experts as well as advice and exchange with experienced mentors from the music industry, tech and business.
At the end of the programme, you can expect the final Music WorX Pitch and with it the chance to win two jury prizes and one audience prize.

The programme is aimed at early-stage start-up teams from all over Europe who have a business idea at the interface between music and tech.
In our application form, we ask for the most important information about your business idea and your team. If possible, please also submit a pitch deck to present your idea in detail. If you have any questions about your application, please get in touch with .
After the application deadline on June 20, 2024, an expert jury will select the most promising business ideas and invite the selected teams to a digital pre-pitch. Here, the jury will decide which four teams will participate in the incubator starting on August 26.
No, you can apply even before the company is officially founded. If you have already officially founded and registered the company, this is not a reason for exclusion.
At least 2 people per team should take part in the programme. We value diversity and welcome all applications - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social background, religion, disability or age.
Ideally, you are still in the early stage, i.e. you are about to launch or have just launched but are not yet ready for the market - because that is exactly where we want to take you together. If you have already completed an accelerator programme, the incubator is probably no longer right for you.

The programme will take place partly remotely and partly in person in Hamburg. We are planning the kick-off for the start of the programme on 26 and 27 August in Hamburg. In the following weeks, we will also meet for further workshops in Hamburg in order to strengthen the network in the incubator and utilise synergies. However, teams from all over Europe can take part in the programme.
