Svenja Siemsen is Head of Organisation & Administration and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at Kreativ Gesellschaft. She is particularly responsible for internal organisational development and the associated support of change processes.
Before joining Kreativ Gesellschaft, she studied Cultural Studies and Business Administration at Leuphana University Lüneburg and worked in various exhibition centres.
