On 4 December , the focus will be on intellectual property:
- Intellectual property rights: copyright, industrial property rights (e.g. trademark law, design law)
- Conditions, duration of protection, transferability of intellectual property rights
- Infringements: Claims and options for action
- Collecting societies

Please note: Participation in the live session requires the appropriate learning video from the Online Academy - basic knowledge will not be repeated. Unfortunately, individual counselling sessions cannot take place during the event either - practical/application examples from which everyone can learn are, however, very welcome.

Before the event, you will receive the access data for the Zoom video conferencing software, which you can use free of charge.
