Shared Workspace

I am offering a shared studio / shop space with a
south-facing storefront and large windows, filled with
natural light throughout the day, available from
around February.

The studio has 60 sqm of ground-floor space, a separate kitchen, and an additional 60 sqm of basement space.

I am looking for one or more people working in a creative
or design-related field. The work should not be too loud or
too dirty, as the space will be shared. You should also
be comfortable with ceramic dust and with a dog being present. Clear communication, cleanliness, and a sense
of solidarity are important to me — I would like this to
be a place of exchange and mutual respect.
Opening hours and responsibilities for the storefront will
be shared.

Rent depends on the amount of space needed, and
different setups are possible: desk spaces, studio space,
or using the basement as a workshop, for example.
