Networking format for FLINTA* solo self-employed people and founders of various trades in the creative industries.
To this day, FLINTA* (women, lesbians, intersexuals, non-binary, trans and agender people) generally benefit less from contacts and networks in work structures - which can have an impact on visibility, utilisation and remuneration. This is where the FLINTA* Meetup comes in and connects solo self-employed people and founders who are active in Hamburg's creative industries. The aim is to bring together FLINTA* from various fields - from design and text to film, games and visual arts - in order to achieve a better presence and order situation through networking and mutual support.
Each event evening offers space for up to 30 participants. The evening starts with an informal get-together over drinks and guided discussions. A short keynote speech on relevant topics such as social media, acquisition or SEO provides new and easy-to-implement food for thought for your own self-employment or start-up. Over a meal together, participants can exchange ideas, share what they have learnt and make long-term contacts for future collaboration.
The event will be accompanied by a FLINTA* team - from moderation to catering - to create an open and supportive atmosphere. The evening is intended to be a safe space, which is why we are happy, for example, for participants to introduce themselves directly using pronouns.
Join us and network with other creative FLINTA* in Hamburg!
The FLINTA* Meet Up is organised in cooperation with Lara Gahlow, initiator of the FLINTA* network.
