Helles Büro in der City Nord

Wir sind ein kleines Medienunternehmen im Audio/Video-Bereich und (unter-)vermieten in unseren weitläufigen Firmenräumen im ehemaligen SAT1-Gebäude mehrere Büros und Einzelarbeitsplätze. Durch die ebenerdige Lage sind alle Räume gut erreichbar und auch im Sommer angenehm kühl.

In unserer Studio- und Bürogemeinschaft ist nun ein ca. 20 m² großer Büroraum frei geworden. Er wird leer vermietet, kann aber auf Wunsch von uns mit 2-3 Arbeitsplätzen möbliert werden. (Siehe Beispielbild)

Wir sind per Glasfaser mit einer Nominalgeschwindigkeit von 1000Mbit/s im Download bzw. 300Mbit/s im Upload ans Internet angeschlossen. Eine weitere 100Mbit/s-Leitung steht als Ausfallsicherung bereit. Es stehen in allen Räumen Ethernet-Anschlüsse und Festnetz-Telefone (mit individueller Durchwahl) zur Verfügung.

Für alle, die nicht einen der umliegenden Foodplaces aufsuchen möchten, steht eine voll eingerichtete Küche zur Verfügung. Ein besonderes Highlight ist unsere alte, aber gut gepflegte Gaggia-Espressomaschine. (Selfservice nach Einweisung)

Es gibt Aufenthaltsräume, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen kleinen Billardtisch. Alle Untermieter können zudem den Konferenzraum im Großraumbüro nach gegenseitiger Absprache nutzen, unseren großen Aufnahmeraum (90m²) kann man für Ton- oder Bildaufnahmen, Proben, Veranstaltungen, etc. buchen. Seit kurzem gibt es hier auch ein Greenbox-Studio mit fest eingebauter Beleuchtung. Auch Postproduction-Studios für Audio und Video sind auf Anfrage buchbar.

Der Mietpreis von 460 € zzgl. MwSt. schließt alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, Telefon, Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen, etc.) ein.

We are a small media company in the audio/video sector and (sub)let several offices and individual workplaces in our spacious company premises in the former SAT1 building. Thanks to the ground-floor location, all rooms are easily accessible and pleasantly cool even in summer.

A 20 m² office space has now become available in our studio and office community. It is rented empty, but we can furnish it with 2-3 workplaces on request. (See example picture)

We are connected to the internet via fiber optics with a nominal speed of 1000Mbit/s download and 300Mbit/s upload. A further 100Mbit/s line is available as a backup. Ethernet connections and landline telephones (with individual direct dialing) are available in all rooms.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for those who do not wish to visit one of the surrounding food places. A special highlight is our old but well-maintained Gaggia espresso machine. (self-service after instruction)

There are lounges, a table tennis table and a small pool table. All subtenants can also use the conference room in the open-plan office by mutual arrangement, and our large recording room (90m²) can be booked for sound or video recordings, photo sessions, rehearsals, events, etc.

The rental price of € 460 plus VAT includes all ancillary costs (heating, electricity, internet, telephone, cleaning of communal areas, etc.). Optionally, a 12 m² space in our warehouse equipped with metal shelving can be rented for €150 plus VAT.
