Audio/Video-Postproduction Studio

Wir sind ein kleines Medienunternehmen im Audio/Video-Bereich und (unter-)vermieten in unseren weitläufigen Firmenräumen neben Studios auch Einzelarbeitsplätze und Büros
Unser ca. 15 m² großes Studio 4 wurde in den 90ger Jahren von dem renommierten englischen Akustikbauer Neil Grant nach dem Konzept des Live-End-Dead-End als Audio-Postproduction-Suite für Sony Classical entworfen. Nach dem Umzug in die City Nord haben wir es mit BR25-Lautsprechern (Kultobjekte aus dem Osten, hergestellt vom VEB Musikelektronik Geithain) als 7.1-Studio eingerichtet. 2021 haben wir das Studio zu einer 4K-Color-Grading-Suite ausgebaut und dafür ein kalibriertes PANASONIC 65“-Display und ein Backmagic DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel installiert. Zwei 24“ Computermonitore sind an schwenkbaren Armen montiert und dadurch frei positionierbar. Eine leistungsstarke Windows-Workstation läuft im angrenzenden Maschinenraum. Das alles kann man nutzen, aber auch eigene Technik reinstellen.
Sprach- oder Gesangsaufnahmen sind aufgrund der guten Bedämpfung direkt im Studio möglich, für größere Recordings kann man nach Absprache unser 90 m² großes Aufnahmestudio buchen. Um dieses herum gruppieren sich eine Licht- und Videoregie, sowie diverse weitere AV- Postproduction-Studios. Seit kurzem gibt es hier auch ein Greenbox-Studio mit fest eingebauter Beleuchtung. Daneben gibt es Aufenthaltsräume und eine Tischtennisplatte.
Für alle, die nicht einen der umliegenden Foodplaces aufsuchen möchten, steht eine voll eingerichtete Küche zur Verfügung. Ein besonderes Highlight ist unsere 40 Jahre alte, voll analoge Gaggia-Espressomaschine. (Selfservice nach Einweisung)
Der Mietpreis von 575 € zzgl. MwSt. schließt die Nutzung aller Geräte sowie alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, Telefon, Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen, etc.) ein. Optional kann in unserem Lager eine 12 m² große, mit Metallregalen ausgestattete Fläche für 150 € zzgl. MwSt. hinzu gemietet werden.

Our approx. 15 m² Studio 4 was designed in the 1990s by the renowned English acoustic engineer Neil Grant as an audio post-production suite for Sony Classical based on the live-end-dead-end concept. After moving to City Nord, we set it up as a 7.1 studio with BR25 loudspeakers (cult objects from the East, manufactured by VEB Musikelektronik Geithain). In 2021, we expanded the studio into a 4K color grading suite and installed a calibrated PANASONIC 65" display and a Backmagic DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel. Two 24" computer monitors are mounted on swivel arms and can therefore be freely positioned. A powerful Windows workstation runs in the adjacent machine room. All of this can be used, but you can also install your own technology.
Voice or vocal recordings are possible directly in the studio due to the good acoustic damping, for larger recordings you can book our 90 m² recording studio. This is surrounded by a lighting and video control room, as well as various other AV post-production studios. Recently we have also added a greenbox studio with built-in lighting. There are also lounges and a table tennis table.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for those who do not wish to visit one of the surrounding food places. A special highlight is our 40-year-old, fully analog Gaggia espresso machine. (self-service after instruction)
The rental price of € 575 plus VAT includes the use of all equipment and all ancillary costs (heating, electricity, internet, telephone, cleaning of communal areas, etc.). Optionally, a 12 m² area in our storage facility equipped with metal shelving can be rented for € 150 plus VAT.
