Pop-up space at the Grindelviertel
In close proximity to the university campus, surrounded by music pubs, cafés and bookstores, we offer a low-cost pop-up space in the lively Grindelallee in Hamburg. The granting and letting is handled in close cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Media of Hamburg. The space is available for artists and creatives who only require a space for a short time to display their work or realize projects. Professional creatives living in Hamburg can temporarily use the approx. 94 m² ground floor commercial space for presentations, exhibitions, performances, events or pop-up stores. The space is rented exclusively by us under the conditions listed below. Subletting by the tenants is not permitted.
Applications period for 2021 has started
Applications can be submitted until the deadlines specified below. There are two different deadlines in 2020, by which you can apply in each case. After the respective deadlines have expired, a selection process will take place and the applicants will be informed about the decisions.
30. J̶u̶n̶i̶ September 2020: Application closing date if you wish to rent the pop-up space between January and May 2021
31 October 2020: Application closing date if you wish to rent the pop-up space between June and December 2021

Fakten zum Pop-up-Raum
VERFÜGBARKEIT
Der Mietzeitraum beträgt mindestens eine bis längstens acht Wochen, wobei die Räume wochenweise von Mittwoch bis Dienstag angemietet werden.
SONSTIGES
Der Zugang zu den Räumen ist barrierefrei, außer dem WC.
