Creative Ports: We bring creatives to the gamescom 2020.

Creative Ports: We bring creatives to the gamescom 2020.

Within the framework of the Creative Ports project, we invite Hamburg's creative professionals to join us on a journey to various events in the Baltic States: Gain access to new markets, make contacts and gather inspiration.

Networking the creative industries

Creative Ports is a transnational initiative to promote networking for cultural and creative industries actors in the Baltic Sea region. The project is supported by fourteen cooperation partners - Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft is one of them.

In the ongoing year, you can apply to participate in various international events - the spectrum ranges from well-known and established events such as gamescom in Cologne or THE CONFERENCE in Malmö to new formats that will take place for the first time in 2020. So we have something for every sub-market of the creative industries. The first event for which you can apply is the Game Mixer@gamescom 2020 in August 2020.

Cost coverage and a special supporting programme

If your application is successful, the costs for travel to and from the event, accommodation on-site and access to the event will be covered. A special supporting programme for you and your fellow travellers is often also arranged.

In return, you will provide us with detailed feedback after your participation. This way you support us in evaluating the event and help us to develop a solid, forward-looking internationalisation strategy for the creative industries.
