With more than 700 works, the three buildings of the Hamburger Kunsthalle house one of the most important public art collections in Germany. In addition to the collection, the Hamburger Kunsthalle attracts international attention with high-calibre special exhibitions that draw hundreds of thousands of visitors to the Hanseatic city every year.
