Programmbeschreibung
The Holger Cassens Prize "Education as a common task" is awarded annually by the Mara and Holger Cassens Foundation in cooperation with the Patriotic Society of 1765. The prize is endowed with 15,000 euros. The prize is awarded to projects in Hamburg that create educational and cultural programmes for young people in disadvantaged circumstances and contribute to greater educational equality and inclusion.
Förderkriterien
The competition runs annually in spring, usually until the end of May. The winners are then selected by a jury of experts.
