Programmbeschreibung
The GEMA Foundation supports contemporary music authors through project funding, e.g. for musical productions, competitions, publications and research projects. Due to the large number of applications, the current focus is on projects that benefit several living music creators. In addition, the foundation awards various prizes and grants financial assistance to composers, lyricists and music publishers in acute financial need and their relatives upon application as part of its charitable purposes.
Förderkriterien
As a rule, the music authors and publishers involved must be members of GEMA in order to be eligible for funding.
The application for project funding can be submitted using the online form, preferably in the year before the planned realisation.
