Programmbeschreibung

Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein GmbH supports cinema films and exceptional television productions of all genres. From the first draft of the screenplay to production, distribution, sales and festival presentation, film projects can be financially supported, including international co-productions. The aim is to attract interesting co-productions to Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, to strengthen producers from the region as potential co-production partners for international projects and to continue existing co-operations.

Förderkriterien

Decision criteria for funding include the content-related or innovative quality of the respective project as well as a comprehensive connection to Hamburg or Schleswig-Holstein. This includes Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein as filming locations and the utilisation of the specialists and film technology companies located here. Applications are submitted digitally. Digital counselling appointments are offered for first-time applicants. Funding guidelines, guidelines for ecologically sustainable film production, diversity guides and other helpful documents are available for download on the website.
