Episcopal study grant

The Cusanuswerk is the scholarship organisation of the Catholic Church in Germany and awards state funding to particularly talented Catholic students, doctoral candidates and trainees from all disciplines. Applications are possible in five different selection procedures, including for students at art academies and art colleges as well as music colleges and church music colleges. The funding includes financial support for education and an interdisciplinary educational programme that invites discussion about science and faith, society and the church. The Cusanuswerk encourages its scholarship holders to supplement their studies with a stay abroad during the funding period and therefore supports studies, language courses, PJ tertials, clinical traineeships, internships, study trips, research stays and specialised courses abroad.
