Kathlen Jost is programme manager for the conception and implementation of the Cross Innovation Hub and coordinates the pool of creatives at Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft. After graduating in product design from Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts - Faculty of Design and Media, she initially gained experience as a freelancer before working in the life sciences industry for over 15 years. There she developed products, designed digital experiences as a UX/UI designer and optimised processes in design management. By leading an interdisciplinary design team, she finally focussed on design strategy and its implementation. The Cross Innovation Hub is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
